Formed on May 25, 2024 can’t be blue is a Seoul-based band from South Korea. can’t be blue defines its music as an expression of sadness without being confined by it, independently handling songwriting, composition, arrangement, and production. KANG New
South Korea-based electro-punk duo Fat Hamster & KANG New delivers explosive live performances. Their sound fuses heavy basslines and distorted synths with lyrics that take aim at climate change, discrimination, and those in power. Through this, OKASHII has established itself as a competitive force within the Korean hip-hop scene. Following their signing with POV in May 2026, OKASHII is set to expand its activities on a more structured scale, with consistent album releases, aiming to expand their presence beyond the domestic market into the global stage. With a strong foundation in music, performance, and storytelling, OKASHII is emerging as a next-generation hip-hop collective poised to create new cultural impact worldwide.
